Osun State followed with 646,580 pre-registrations, while Lagos recorded 604,819. Kebbi registered 581,135, slightly ahead of Kaduna with 510,490. Ogun recorded 510,062, Kano followed with 421,941, while Kogi, Zamfara, and Yobe posted 361,233, 304,065, and 292,714, respectively.
