We are delighted to invite your school to participate in the SBS FM Student Debate Programme, designed to showcase the brilliance, confidence, and public speaking skills of secondary school students across Kwara State.
This form is for schools to officially register their participants. Please provide accurate details as they will be used for communication and publicity.
Important Notes:
1. Each school can register 2 students (between ages 12–18).
2. A teacher or school representative should complete this form on behalf of the school.
3. Participation attracts a registration fee of #10,000 only.
4. By submitting this form, your school agrees to the programme’s rules and consents to radio/social media coverage.
