The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, has mourned the death of the Grand Khalifah of the Tijaniyyah Movement in the state, Sheikh Yusuf Agbade.
In a statement by his Press Secretary, Dr. Abdulazeez Arowona, the Emir described the cleric’s demise as a colossal loss to the Muslim Ummah and humanity.
He noted that Sheikh Agbade was a unifying figure in the Ilorin Emirate and beyond, with remarkable leadership and global influence within the Tijaniyyah Movement.
Sulu-Gambari prayed to Allah to forgive the deceased, accept his good deeds, and grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus.
