Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner Phyna has addressed backlash from fans after a video surfaced showing her partying with actress Regina Daniels days after her sister’s burial.
The clip, which trended online, drew criticism from some social media users who accused the reality star of being “insensitive” and “moving on too quickly.”
Responding via her social media handle, Phyna said grief is deeply personal and has no fixed timeline.
“There’s no manual for grieving. Choosing to smile or live again doesn’t mean I’m not in pain,” she wrote.
She urged critics to show empathy, stressing that mourning looks different for everyone.
