The management of SBS 96.9 FM, Ilorin, has congratulated Professor Fatai Ayinde Aremu ahead of his delivery of the 302nd Inaugural Lecture of the University of Ilorin.
Professor Fatai Aremu of the Department of Political Science will deliver the lecture titled, “Equality as Illusion: Asymmetrical Dimensions of Politics and Policy in a Competitive World,” on Thursday, May 21, 2026.
The event is scheduled to hold at the University Multipurpose Hall, Main Campus, by 5:00 p.m.
A statement by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole (SAN), invited members of the university community and the general public to attend the lecture.
Professor Aremu holds a Diploma in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Jos. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Political Science from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, and a Ph.D. in Asia Pacific and Development Studies from Japan.
He currently serves as Executive Director, Research Enterprises Systems, Abuja.
